We take great pride in the quality of our products and want you to shop with confidence. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition, including all original packaging. Once your return has been received, it will be carefully inspected to ensure it meets our return eligibility requirements before any refund is processed.
Please be aware that any item showing signs of use, tampering, damage, or alteration, including wax that has been opened, used, tested, or otherwise handled beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, will not qualify for a refund. If a returned item does not meet these conditions, your refund request will be declined. Should you wish to have the item returned to you, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. If return postage is not paid within the requested timeframe, we reserve the right to dispose of the item.
